Ordering Online and Shipping Fees
Online orders are confirmed via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping fees are dependent on the shipping address and are always reflected at checkout.
Online orders are designed to accommodate retail (non-professional) customers, and the products offered are not for resale. Because of this, quantity limits may be placed on orders, items or customer account profiles. If you are a professional retailer and are interested in being a Pai-Shau stockist, please contact us at email@example.com.
Pai-Shau offers online orders and shipping to the U.S. and Canada only. Sorry, but no international orders are accepted at this time. Orders made on the U.S. can be shipped to U.S. mailing addresses, and orders made in Canada can be shipped to Canadian mailing addresses. Shipping rates are displayed in the currency of the country you are purchasing your products from, and are calculated based on selected delivery method chosen.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 10:00 A.M. EST will be shipped same-day; orders made after 10:00 A.M. EST will be shipped the next business day.
Currently, Pai-Shau orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, and USPS. If an order is shipped via UPS, orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present to sign for your order, UPS will leave a notice detailing how to collect your delivery. Delivery times vary depending on shipping option selected.
Unfortunately, at this time products ordered online at Pai-Shau.com cannot not be refunded or returned. For returns on purchases made through retailers or distributors, please refer to their return policy or contact your sales rep.
Products that are damaged or broken can be returned. Let us know within 72 hours, etc.
In the rare event your Pai-Shau product is defective, we will happily exchange it, free of charge. Sorry, but at this time, we do not offer refunds for warranty claims. To exchange a defective item, please contact Pai-Shau customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Proof of purchase and defectiveness must be provided. Pai-Shau reserves the right to determine product defectiveness and to authorize the exchange.
Problems With Delivery
If there are any discrepancies in your order, if possible, note the nature of the discrepancy (for example, “open package” or “damaged goods”) along with your signature on the delivery notice and contact us at email@example.com to initiate a Warranty Claim.
